BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

Kanungu District Local Government has received funds from Central Government and has allocated part of the funds to be used for acquisition of works for   :-

The entity invites sealed bids from eligible, interested and competent firms or bidders for the provision of the above works.

(i)          

The bidding will be conducted in accordance with open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Local Government (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets) Regulations, 2023 as amended  and open to all interested and eligible bidders.

(ii)         

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on working days.

(iii)       

The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sh. 100,000.  The payments shall be made using   PRN  generated by  the District Cashier  and  thereafter obtain a non refundable receipt from the same office.  No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

(iv)        

There shall be a pre-bid meeting in the District Council Hall at 9:00 am  and there after  site visit on 30^th JULY  2024 and COMPULSORY to all interested bidders and the District Engineer shall issue site visit certificate .

Documents may be inspected at: Kanungu District Local Government office of Procurement and Disposal Unit behind Production Office.

(b) 

Documents will be issued from: Kanungu District Procurement and Disposal Unit

(c) 

Bids must be delivered to: Kanungu District Procurement and Disposal Unit, behind Production Office.

(d) 

Address of bid opening: District Council Hall.
